We are seeking reliable and skilled Lgv1 Drivers to work for our client in Washington. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in commercial driving and delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency in transporting goods to our clients. Duties include general haulage deliveries across the UK Shifts are nights starting from 18.00. Permanent contracts available for suitable candidates immediate starts available £16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Execute timely deliveries of goods to designated locations while maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Lgv1 licence with a min of 6 months recent experience and with no more than 6 points on licence.
• Valid Drivers CPC and Digi Card
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.

We are currently looking for a PCV driver or a hgv2 Driver to drive a Converted Double Decker bus that is now a mobile shop for our client in South Tyneside. You will drive the bus to various locations throughout the day. This vacancy is for holiday cover perfect for someone who is looking for a little bit work on a weekend. Shifts are days and only 6hrs £15.50 per hour

We are looking for a Hgv2 Driver who has a Counterbalance Forklift Licence for our client in Gateshead.

Duties include Loading your vehicle, going to Manchester or Castleford tip/reload and then back to gateshead where you will again unload your vehicle.. This vacancy starts at 15.00 Monday to Friday. once your 3 months probation is up the client will then employee you direct with themselves. Immediate starts available
