Drive2Recruit Limited was established in 2010 and is privately owned and operated on the Team Valley in Gateshead by Paula Spedding, Lesley Donaldson and Claire Harrison. We have, collectively, been successfully placing candidates into both temporary and permanent roles with many local clients since 1986. With over 60 years’ combined experience in the Recruitment industry, we truly believe that successful recruitment is based on sincerely understanding the needs of both the client and the candidate. Matching the skills and attributes of candidates to the needs of the client is integral to achieving a successful appointment for both.

Because we are an Owner-Operated business we can assure you that your call, no matter what time, will be answered quickly and efficiently by one of us.

We operate our own Payroll system so we can guarantee that our staff will be paid promptly, accurately and will never have the inconvenience of having to contact busy call centres or struggle to resolve queries online. We are always available to answer your queries over the phone or, if you prefer, face to face in the office.
