Hgv2 Night Shunter driver

We are currently looking for a Hgv2 Driver to work for our client in Consett . Shifts are Nights Monday to Friday.

Shifts start at 14.00

The work involves shunting from Consett to Peterlee

Responsibilities:

– Operate a truck to transport goods to specified destinations
– Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs
– Provide exceptional customer service by interacting courteously with clients during deliveries
– Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

Skills:
– Hold a relevant Hgv 2 Licence
– Familiarity with navigating routes using GPS or maps
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Type: Temporary contract

Pay: £14.50 per hour
